HAIRSTYLIST LEVELS
Standard Stylist
The Standard Stylist is competent with performing hair cutting & hair colouring services and are working towards gaining more confidence as they perfect their skills. They will continue to gain experience behind the chair while furthering their education with more advanced techniques.
Lead Stylist
The Lead Stylist has a great amount of experience behind the chair, they are proficient in advanced hair cutting techniques that are custom to each individual. They are problem solvers and are especially equipped to take on large colour changes and colour correction challenges.
Master Stylist
The Master Stylist has put in the time, energy and education necessary to earn their title. They have phenomenal communication skills, will deliver advanced hair cutting and colouring techniques that are custom to each individual. They're exceptional professionalism inspire their teammates and empower their guest to embrace their authenticity.

ESTHETICS LEVELS
Level 1 apprentice Esthetician: in the first year of the apprenticeship program
Level 2 apprentice Esthetician: in the second year of the apprenticeship program
Associate Esthetician: completed the apprenticeship program. Newly licensed esthetician.
Lead Esthetician: licensed, more than 4 years experience.
Certified master pedicurist: specialized in advanced pedicures for seniors, diabetics and immunocompromised.
